My 82-year-old mother's furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days of the year. I had used Copperhead many times, and called them to see if they could help. Even though my mother wasn't technically in their service area (she lives in Edison), they got out there that very day and had the problem fixed within 24 hours. Talk about going above and beyond.
